SONAL SUVA

This is a story of a youngest girl among four sister who is
simple yet strong, enthusias c and adventurous. A
daughter of late shri shankarbhai and Hiraben Prajapa ,
who raised her without having gender bias in patriachial
society. With all support and freedom of her father she
studied B.Sc(Nursing) from Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. She
is youngest among her sisters so she got all kind of
pampered and inspira on from them. She got love of her
life during college days and got married with Dr. Bhaumik
Suva who helped her persuaded her MBA in hospital and
healthcare management. As there is no other woman in
house. She chose to become housewife and taking care of
family. later couple blessed with baby boy and she got busy
with raising li le angel. Before marriage she doesn’t even
made tea but she was always observing what her mother
and sisters were doing

As her husband is big foodie and
both were from different region
with different food habits she
learned many dishes from her
husband and other rela ves. Now
During covid pendamic she joined online food
groups and par cipated in cooking compe on, she got good hand in kitchen
where she won many contests and started
ge ng apprecia on. She performed live cooking
shows in various groups. With other homechefs
friends they

created Facebook food group named ‘Vegfoodshala’ where they are organising cooking compe ons with help of
sponsors. By this way they help other homechefs to showcase their knowledge and cooking skills to society.. . . With
keen interest of cooking and food photography she created Instagram page ‘foodforlife1527’ where she posts her
home cooked food photos. Let’s talk about other hobby of designing clothes. Though she has not any professional
degree of fashion designer but she has fine interest in designing as her elder sister is designing. She used to observe
and design her clothes with help of her sister since so long. She desires to help other ladies wear designer clothes under
affordable budget mainly tradi onal coutures. She in not running any organisa on but she is happy helping other
women in all field where she can like cooking, designing, in therapeu c care too. Thou she is not working as Nurse but
helps her neighbourhood in all health related issues and care for pa ents. She did cooking workshops in her town
Keshod where she taught many interna onal cuisine like pizza, lasagne, sizzler’s, starters, cookies and many tradi onal
dishes too.she judged cooking compe on too. She is ge ng apprecia on from all other ladies and their families
teaching all new varie es of dishes. Now with the grave of God, blessings of all elders and friends and love and
support of family with two and half men (son, husband and father in law) she possesses her passion for food and
fashion. She has hobby of dance and playing garba too. She successfully completed first year of Bharatnatyam classical
dance started at age of 35. She started again her master degree M.Sc(Nursing) too. There not too late to start anything.
And this beau ful journey of joy and adventure is going on…
