various domains, including behavioural counselling, education, content creation, CSR programs and impact
assessment, making her a formidable force in the field of psychology and social change.

backward villages across India, personally visiting over
150 villages in the past year alone. In addition to her

women's empowerment and public health. Her
sessions on menstrual hygiene, including a recent
workshop conducted at Tihar Jail for women inmates,

the Indian School Psychology Association. The honour,
conferred by Shri Dharmendra Adhikari, the Union
Cabinet Minister for Education and Skill Development,
in 2022, stands as a testament to Dr. Ghosh's
exemplary commitment to her craft and her unwavering
dedication to empowering individuals through
education and counselling.
Moreover, Dr. Ghosh's expertise as a speaker at the
"Joy of Inclusion" Conference organized by UNESCO
& Global Rainbow Foundation underscores her
commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity. Her
insights and perspectives have enriched discussions
on crucial topics, fostering dialogue and understanding
on issues of paramount importance.
